On receipt of a customers order, one of three courses are actioned: -

1) The appropriate unit is despatched from stock.

2) If the unit is not stocked due to the wide variations of possible specifications, arrangements are made to build a unit that meets the customers requirements.

3) Arrangements are made to collect a customers own unit where a cost of repair rectification is required.

A fleet of company owned delivery vehicles ensures distribution throughout the U.K. This is assisted by our close proximity to the motorway network providing easy access to all directions. The aim is to deliver rebuilt units to customers operating locations, and to collect any "old" units removed from vehicles. Generally delivery is within 2/3 working days from receipt of order. By arrangement units can be despatched "same day" by carrier; however this may require a contribution to carriers cost by the customer.
